Our History

We saw a need for a fresh, efficient, and specialist approach to intellectual property services – it’s not just about filing IP rights – it’s also about providing competitive advantage using those rights whether that be to secure funding, secure market share or increase the value of a company.

Caska IP was founded in Newcastle in 2012 and expanded to Sydney in 2013. We previously worked for larger firms and companies – and could see that a better way was required, especially for SMEs and startups – who require are more holistic approach combining strategy advice, education of the process and more attention to their specific needs. They say “proof is in the pudding” and our track record of securing IP rights is second to none with our Clients being overwhelming successful featuring in the media including Channel 10, the ABC, the Australian and Business Review Weekly – to name just a few. 2022 marks 10 years in practice !
